We, have fully mechanised Mines at Morwad VIllage, 15 Km from Rajsamand, Rajasthan India. Quality and customer service is our first preference. To attain this, we follow quality control procedures in all our quarry processes. The entire work at the mines is supervised by highly proficient, qualified and skilled personnels. It enables us to extract precious varieties of Marble of India. The quarries produce, with meticulous precision, more than 24,000 MT of world famous Morwad Pattern Marble blocks per year. Morwad Mormo and Mines Pvt. Ltd, has become an enormous junction from where we are able to supply & export all kind of marble blocks & their products to meet out the demands & expectations of our esteemed customers. The Safety Management is given utmost importance. The process starts with outline a block of Marble with rows of grooves and holes. Then drive wedges into the openings and separate the block from the surrounding rock. The blocks are cut with wire saws to the finished shapes and different desired sizes. At quarry level every individual block is carefully inspected and then only forwarded.
